  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente (10-11 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
