  • 4 cups baby potatoes (diced)
  • 6 slices turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Set aside, reserving drippings.
  2. Sauté diced onion in reserved drippings until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in diced potatoes and brown for about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add trimmed green beans, ranch seasoning mix, dried thyme, rosemary, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  5. Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir in crispy turkey bacon, season with salt and pepper before serving warm.
