  • 12 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla; then combine with dry ingredients without overmixing.
  4. In a separate bowl, blend softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
  5. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter; add cinnamon filling on top and cover with remaining batter.
  6. Swirl batter using a toothpick for a marbled effect.
