  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups vegan marshmallows crème
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; then mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and press dough into the prepared dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; allow to cool.
  7. Spread vegan marshmallows crème on top of cooled base.
