  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a creamy filling.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat and evenly spread the filling over the surface. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. To prepare the sauce, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, sauté additional garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  4. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  5. Serve hot with freshly chopped parsley for garnish.
