  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup buffalo hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • Fresh pepper (to taste)
  • ½ cup thinly sliced celery
  • Blue cheese crumbles (optional)

  • 2 heads of lettuce (romaine or iceberg)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium/high heat, cook the shredded chicken with 1/2 cup of water until fully cooked and the water evaporates.
  2. Reduce heat to medium/low and add butter and olive oil; stir until melted.
