  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine blackberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and salt. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place two slices in the skillet, buttered-side down.
