4 ripe pears, halved and cored
1 tablespoon butter, melted
½ cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons honey
Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Arrange halved pears cut-side up on the baking sheet. Brush each pear with melted butter.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender but firm. Let cool slightly.
Top pears with mixed berries and crumbled blue cheese. Sprinkle walnuts and drizzle honey on top.
Garnish with fresh thyme if desired and serve warm or at room temperature.
