  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 12 sardines in olive oil or brine, drained
  • 2 boiled eggs, halved
  • 45 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 8-9 minutes. Cool in cold water before peeling and halving.
