  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon chili oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, plus more for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.
  2. Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook Brussels sprouts in the air fryer for 10 minutes until crisp.
  4. While cooking, season diced chicken with chili oil, ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  5. After 10 minutes, add seasoned chicken to the air fryer basket with Brussels sprouts; mix gently.
  6. Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF to165ºF.
